The Artisan Bake Shop is a from-scratch
bakery in Rochester Massachusetts. Our shop features a small storefront open Wednesday-Sunday with a selection of cupcakes, breakfast pastries, artisan breads, and pies available to purchase.

The Artisan Bake Shop grew from the idea that sweet should taste the way your remember from childhood:wholesome, homemade, & most importantly absolutely delicious.

Our commitment to community sustainability & local vendors provides us with in season, produce & fruit is purchased from local farms & families, as well as locally made products including mustards, sausage & marinara sauce used in our products.

Sustainable practices include: solar-heated hot water, leftover food is fed to chicken & cows who in turn provide us with eggs & beef, full recycling & compost program resulting in a commercial bakery producing the same amount of refuse as a
family of 6.

Proprietor & Pastry Chef Meredith Ciaburri, is a high-honors graduate of both The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY & Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI and now serves the South Coast, South Shore, Cape Cod & Islands in Massachusetts at Farmers Markets, Specialty Shops, & for Specialty, Birthday & Wedding Cakes.
